The plugin was designed with caching in mind. The Last seen plugin results will not be cached, and will be shown to each visitor individually.

Yes, the plugin is compatible with WordPress multisite setups.
The plugin is not multilingual by itself, but should be translatable via multilingual plugins.
Since a post type itself is tracked, changing languages will keep the history of the earlier language version.
